Today I spent the day with two of my nephews. I am always in awe of how much laughter they have in them. Don't you just love hearing that uninhibited laughter? The smallest things will make a child roar with silliness. Oh to be young and innocent.
The next time you find something funny, laugh with wild abandon. Laugh until your sides ache. You may be surprised at how good it truly feels.

I love the sound of my children laughing and they do it all the time! Usually over the weirdest things too lol.
